VSI Impact Crusher also named vertical shaft crusher is one of the commonly used machines in crushing production line and sand-making production line.
Working Principle
When the motor runs, it drives the central shaft; four lines of hammers are fixed on the central shaft, each line with four pieces of hammers. Materials are fed from the top of the crusher; they are crushed by the high-speed rotation hammers. There are liners around the crusher body to protect the crusher from damage. The materials are thrown into the crushing cavity and impacted by the high rotating hammers and discharged out under the role of gravity, and the final materials are sent from the bottom of the crusher.

Large crushing ratio
The maximum feed particle size is 80~240mm, and the output particle size is ≤3mm, accounting for about 90%.

Consumable parts wear less and have a long life
The wearing parts are made of high-hardness, high-toughness multi-element alloy wear-resistant material, with less wear and long life. The distance between the hammer head and the impact plate can be fine-tuned to ensure uniform particle size, the utilization rate of the hammerhead is greatly improved, and the service life is increased by about 5 times.
Optimized rotor design
Through the optimized design of the rotor part, this machine forms a multi-stage continuous crushing cavity, which makes full use of energy and space, thereby improving the performance of the machine.
Barrel parts are of open design
It is convenient to replace the vulnerable parts such as the hammer head and the impact plate. Unique throwing tray structure
It is composed of throwing ribs and throwing lining boards, which are distributed in circles. After the throwing ribs are worn out, they can be used as throwing linings, which greatly improves the utilization rate of materials and reduces the cost of use.
Application cooling system and bearing temperature detection device
It can crush high-temperature materials below 150°C and can detect the bearing temperature in real time.
