Working Principle
PFL-Ⅲ (ⅢX) series is designed according to the principle of increasing the input energy of materials step by step and crushing them step by step. After the material falls into the crushing cavity, it is first thrown out at high speed by the throwing tray, and hits the impact plate to form primary crushing. Then it falls into the gap between the hammer head and the impact plate, and the gap gradually decreases from top to bottom. The material is subjected to crushing forces such as impact, extrusion, and grinding of the hammer head, and gradually changes from large to small, and finally reaches the set particle size, and is discharged from the crusher.

Large crushing ratio
The maximum feed particle size is 80~240mm, and the output particle size is ≤3mm, accounting for about 90%.

Consumable parts wear less and have a long life
The wearing parts are made of high-hardness, high-toughness multi-element alloy wear-resistant material, with less wear and long life. The distance between the hammer head and the impact plate can be fine-tuned to ensure uniform particle size, the utilization rate of the hammer head is greatly improved, and the service life is increased by about 5 times.
Optimized rotor design
Through the optimized design of the rotor part, this machine forms a multi-stage continuous crushing cavity, which makes full use of energy and space, thereby improving the performance of the machine.

Application cooling system and bearing temperature detection device
